This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, refunds, and returns for purchased décor items and furniture. This policy complies with applicable United States consumer protection laws and California state regulations, including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

Service Cancellations

Service cancellations for interior styling and décor services must be requested in writing via email or through our contact form. Cancellation policies vary by service type and comply with California consumer protection laws:

  • Design Consultation Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled in-home consultation appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as permitted by California law.
  • Room Styling Services: Cancellations made before project commencement will receive a full refund. For interior styling projects in progress, partial refunds may apply for work already completed, calculated based on materials and time invested, in accordance with California consumer protection standards.
  • Décor Curation Services: Cancellations are accepted before décor items and furniture are ordered. Once items are ordered from suppliers, standard return policies for purchased goods apply, subject to supplier return policies and California consumer protection laws.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return of Physical Items

For physical décor items, furniture, and accessories purchased through our interior décor curation services in California:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery, as required by California consumer protection laws
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order décor items and furniture are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, in which case we will cover return shipping
  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, in compliance with California refund requirements
  • Large furniture items may require special return arrangements and may be subject to restocking fees as permitted by California law
  • Items purchased from third-party suppliers through our décor curation service are subject to the supplier's return policy

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once completed:

  • Completed design consultations
  • Fully executed room styling projects
  • Custom design work and consultations
  • Services that have been substantially completed

Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our interior styling and décor services. If you are not satisfied with our interior design work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction, in accordance with California consumer protection standards.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our interior décor services, please contact us immediately at our Anaheim, California location. We will work with you to resolve any issues and find a satisfactory solution. For California residents, disputes may also be resolved through the California Department of Consumer Affairs or through binding arbitration as permitted by California law.
